In collaboration with Alex and Ryan design, Index Fasteners is stocking The Universal AR15 Magazine Carrier Mold.
This mold was developed specifically to handle every AR-15 magazine on the market. The mold is made out of 6061 aluminum and will stand the test of time through molding. Most molds are made out of a composite material which will slowly loses specification tolerances with heat and compression overtime. The 6061 aluminum mold will handle constant abuse and has a much lower expansion thermal coefficient allowing the perfect tolerance for product accuracy.
We suggest holster makers use some type of adjustable retention location with their products to interpolate the differences between magazine latch features with different magazine types.
